M. Fletcher and Associates passionately believes the solutions lie within the individuals, communities and partners charged with activating their practices to collaborative and respond to complicated problems and systemic barriers.  We describe the center of our work as praxis which is the “practical application of the theories.” The praxis in the pursuit of equity requires leveraging the inclusion of diverse voices while reimagining the future together. The approach emphasizes the need to use trauma informed practices to create healing centered spaces where all feel comfortable to engage, participate and share their brilliance in pursuit of excellence.
