Technical Assistance

Complex System Design

Developing complex systems in often work best done in partnership. M. Fletcher and Associates take pride in the healing centered engagement client partners will receive in developing systems that may include utilization across diverse communities and climates. We have worked with Districts and communities to develop these critical components in support of designing equity driven systems.

Equity Driven Practices

M. Fletcher and Associates approaches all projects with a desire to listen and learn across diverse layers and systems to develop a better understanding of the landscape, infrastructures, systems, and practices. Pursuing Equity requires a systemic response at all levels, individual, interpersonal, institutional, and structural. 

  • Individual- person’s individual experiences, beliefs and actions that support community schools

  • Interpersonal- interactions between people, both within and across difference and their visions and realities of community schools

  • Institutional- policies and practices at the school level that support and potential barriers

  • Structural- interact and accumulate across schools and institutions to propel community school success

In pursuit of equity all projects will include listening and learning from all levels when developing plans to address needs, engagement of people and systems in the development of practices that excel the scaling of results. 

 

Capacity Building

Building capacity is the opportunity to create change and influence practices. M. Fletcher and Associates works closely with client partners to design an adult learning experience that is thoughtful, responsive and engages the full person. Establishing a trusting relationship is the key to learning and we prioritize developing capacity building sessions where all are welcomed to learn and grow.
